A Johor businessman was shot at three times in front of a restaurant by two men on a motorcycle yesterday.
The Star Online reports that the 44-year-old survived the attack which took place just after midnight after he visited his CD shop in Jalan Trus, Johor Baru.
According to Johor Baru (South) OCPD Asst Comm Sulaiman Salleh who was quoted in the report, the victim was shot at close range in the chest.
He was rushed to the Sultanah Aminah Hospital for treatment.
Police are investigating a possible business rivalry as the motive for the attack.
