Inspector-General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar has tweeted that the fire on the 10th floor of the Bukit Aman building was limited to the hallway corridor, and that only “unimportant documents” were destroyed in the blaze:
Office facilities on the 10th floor, which belong to the JSJ (Crime Investigation Department) were undamaged in the fire.
