Two ten-year-old boys claimed that they were sodomised by a 57-year-old man at a Felda scheme in Jempol.
According to The Star Online, the boys were allegedly sodomised in seperate incidents.
Jempol OCPD Supt Noorzainy Mohd Noor told the news portal that the mother of one of the victims filed a police report at the Bandar Sri Jempol station after finding out about the alleged crime on Wednesday night.
The boy claimed that he was sodomised by the stranger at an unknown location at the scheme.
“The boy told his mother that his 10-year-old friend from Bahau was also sodomised by the suspect at the latter’s home and was paid RM6,” Noorzainy was quoted as saying.
An hour after the mother lodged the police report, the suspect was reportedly arrested at the Felda Raja Alias and will be remanded for six days to facilitate investigations, Noorzainy told The Star Online.
Both cases are being investigated under section 377B of the Penal Code for committing carnal intercourse against the order of nature, which upon conviction carries a 20-year jail term.
