A 13-year-old at a religious school in Kota Baru paid his junior RM3 to keep the lewd acts he allegedly performed on him a secret.
According to The Star Online, the older boy allegedly rubbed his private parts against the younger boy’s anus on two seperate occasions, on October 10 and 11, in a school storeroom.
State CID chief Assistant Comm Mohamad Fakri Che Sulaiman told the news portal that the incident came to light when the boy told a friend at school as well as his parents last Friday.
The boy’s parents then immediately lodged a police report.
ACP Mohamad Fakri told The Star that medical checks revealed that no signs of forced penetration were detected on the boy’s anus.
The elder boy, meanwhile, admitted to committing the offence on both occasions.
“The suspect was arrested on Monday and police have obtained a remand order from the Bachok magistrate’s court, He has been remanded for four days to facilitate investigations,” ACP Mohamad Fakri was quoted as saying.
He added that the case is being investigated under Section 377E of the Penal Code for inciting a child to commit an act of gross indecency.
