Ampang police are investigating the teenager seen in video footage attacking his mother, demanding she give him money.
Inexplicably, his pants were also half-down throughout the assault.
Footage went viral last night. It was recorded early yesterday morning by the boy’s sister. It was views over 6.2 million times.
She then sent the video to the boy’s father, who forwarded it to his teacher, in hopes that the teacher would then speak to the boy regarding his behavior.

Having watched the video, the boy’s teacher then lodged a police report against him. The incident is said to have occurred over a dispute in pocket money.
The father has since asked police to drop their investigations into the assault. However, police have recorded statements from the mother, as well as the boy. They also took a urine sample, as there is worry the boy may be on drugs.
