Singaporean border agents seized 3,000 cartons of contraband cigarettes at the Woodlands checkpoint early yesterday from a Malaysia-registered truck.

Sorry guys, we were just trying to show you a good time.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) say the cartons were found hidden in boxes that were disguised to be assorted biscuits.

Wait … like these guys ‘assorted biscuits’? The kind your grandma always had, but was actually filled with sugar and NEVER biscuits?

A 33-year-old Malaysian driver has been handed over to authorities, along with his truck and would-be smuggled cigs.

The amount of duty the driver was attempting to circumvent? Nearly a million Ringgit. Now that, is a lot of cancer.
