Body found in BMW car boot in Puchong mining pool

The body of a man was found inside the boot of BMW in Puchong on Sunday afternoon.

According to Astro Awani, the car was retrieved from a mining pool in Tasik Puchong, Taman Maju Jaya and police believe the victim was killed elsewhere at least five days ago before his body was dumped along with the car.

The Cyberjaya Fire and Rescue Department had alerted police after a tip off just after 2pm and authorities spent more than two hours to get the vehicle out of the pool.

The body has been sent to the Serving Hospital for post mortem.

Sepang police chief ACP Abdul Aziz Ali was reported to have said that the man’s identity is not yet known.

“We just made the recovery and it is still early to know details. We are carrying out a thorough investigation,” theSun daily quoted him as saying.
