Beef noodle stall left unscathed in raging fire that destroyed Seremban wet market

A fire that raged through a Seremban wet market last Saturday, destroying 326 stalls, left one very special beef noodle stall untouched by the flames.

Sin Yee Kee beef noodle was sparred of the fire that destroyed most of the market.

The owners were shocked to find the stall intact: from gas tanks, to plastic wrappers, to even papers – all were ready for use.

However, the owner did report that when he went into the stall to investigate further, the sirloin beef strips were still hot from the fire.

Or as they say in the biz – “rare.”
