Mukul be pimpin’ – until he got caught by the police.
A Bangladeshi man was fined RM2,200 in default three months jail by the Magistrate’s Court in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday after he pleaded guilty to pimping.
According to a news report by Bernama, Magistrate Siti Radziah Kamarudin meted out the sentence to Mukul, a 29-year-old labourer, who committed the offence at the Jalan Tun Razak/Jalan Pudu junction at 9pm on April 15.
It was reported that deputy public prosecutor Nor Diana Nor Azwa appeared for the prosecution while the accused was represented by counsel Vincent Chew Zi Xian.
