AirAsia flights from Kuala Lumpur to Goa will be suspended from June 7 under a route revamp plan, the airline announced.
Flights to Goa currently operate three times a week.
The low-cost carrier said that those affected by the route suspension would be given alternatives to ease the inconvenience caused.
“They will be notified directly via their registered member email account, as well as via an SMS notification,” the airline said in a statement.
“However this suspension is due to our route rationalisation exercise. Despite this route adjustment, we remain committed to the Indian market and look forward to return to Goa in the future,” AirAsia head of commercial, Spencer Lee said.
Those affected can choose to move their flight to an earlier date (before service suspends on June 7) or a full credit shell with 180 days validity or a full refund.
