Popular Malaysian actress Nora Danish, wife of chef slash businessman slash son of Tourism Minister Nedim Nazri (his new restaurant looks good for all the carnivores out there), posted recently to her five MILLION Instagram followers that she has, so far, gained 10kg whilst being pregnant.
The 35-year-old was refreshingly honest, describing her second pregnancy as rather different from her first with 8-year-old son Putera Raykal Rizal Ashram.
In full resplendent glory, she posed in a tight, rose-colored dress and noted that with another 17 weeks still to go, she was well-aware that the 10kg might creep higher, especially considering her in utero baby, Ney Ney, was a night eater. She captioned that “it’s hard for me to control my food sometimes,” and added that “as long as my baby is healthy, Mommy is more than happy to carry [the weight].”
The high-profile couple have nicknamed the fetus (holler at us, high school biology) Ney Ney; however, they have yet to disclose the gender to the public.
Aunties the world over have speculated in the comments section that the baby must be a girl, judging by the roundedness of the baby bump, apparently unaware that a bump, by its very nature, is simply round.
Nice try, y’all. Everyone knows the only way to guess a baby’s gender is to tie a ring on a string and see where it goes. Wink.
