Just a little note of amazing, AMAZING feats accomplished by this year’s Malaysia SEA Games athletes, who have ensured that we will be celebrating our country’s National Day with so much pride, a tear in collective eyes, and dripping in plenty of bronze, silver and gold: we’re atop the medals table.

Our country finished off the tournament with 45 gold, 92 silvers, and 86 bronze medals. It’s Malaysia’s best ever performance in the history of the SEA Games.

Are you feeling emotional yet? So are we.

Congratulations to all of this year’s athletes who give us so much to be proud of, to stand behind, and to celebrate this Merdeka.
