10 outstanding Malaysians make it to Forbes 30 under 30 Asia 2016

Ten outstanding Malaysians below the age of 30 have made it to financial magazine Forbes’ list of exceptional individuals under 30 in Asia this year.

The Forbes 30 Under 30 list showcases achievements by these individuals in 10 categories which were judged by leading personalities in each field — among them actress Michelle Yeoh, Ruth Elliot, founder of ‘Daughters of Cambodia’ and Malaysiakini editor-in-chief Steven Gan.

Forbes magazine listed our guys and girls in six categories; entertainment and sports, retail and e-commerce, finance and venture capital, social enterprise, arts and manufacturing and energy.

1. Yunalis Mat Zarai’ai (Yuna), 29, singer and entrepreneur

2. Yeoh Choo Kuan, 27, contemporary artist

3. Faeez Fahdillah, 29, co-founder and CEO of Tripfez

4. Ian Chua, 27, co-founder and CEO of Hermo

5. Wee Kiat Teoh, 27, founder of myBurgerlab

6. Johnny Mayo, 29, co-founder Neuroware

7. Zikry Kohlil, 29, co-founder and CEO of Incitement

8. Sylvia Yin, 23, co-founder and COO of Shoppr

9. John-son Oei, 28, founder and CEO of EPIC Collaborative

10. Diani Lee, 27, general manager of Country Heights Holdings
