Now that the country has been sufficiently informed of its existence, the massive custom-specced Mack truck (you know, the ones they base Optimus Prime’s vehicle form on) owned by Sultan Ibrahim of Johor has reportedly arrived in Malaysia and is rolling through throngs of admiring onlookers.
The sultan’s truck, made to order at a cost of at least RM1.4 million, was first spotted by Australian news in October, and local motorheads and royalty spotters alike have been waiting in anticipation for the truck’s arrival.
Well, anticipate no more:
The above footage was uplloaded to Penyokong Setia Johor Facebook Page, whose dedicated spotters dutifully followed the mammoth truck all the way to a Shell station:
And risked the ire of Sultan Ibrahim’s outriders by following it on the highway:
We expect consequent appearances of the royal Mack truck on the road and at events to be just as easily turned into FB post fodder as these first few sightings, because seriously, look at that thing.
