Award-winning Malaysian singer Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin took to Instagram yesterday to announce that she’s pregnant with her second child.
“Today, on 1 Dec. 2020, my husband and I would like to officially announce that I am four months pregnant,” the 41-year-old Kesilapanku Keegoanmu (My mistake is your ego) singer wrote online.
“We had no intention to keep it a secret, but my husband and I thought we’d share the good news with everyone, especially our family, friends and fans, when the time is right,” she continued, as she asked her followers to pray for herself and her baby’s good health.
“Please pray for good health for myself and my baby,” she said. “I am so happy with this gift from God, as I am now pregnant again after my daughter, Siti Aafiyah is more than two years old.”

The 13-time winner for “Best Vocal Performance in an Album/Single” at the Anugerah Industri Muzik (Music Industry Awards) is married to businessman Khalid Mohamad Jiwa. They welcomed their first child Siti Aafiyah in 2018, 14 after they tied the knot in 2006.
Siti in August shared her struggles with infertility publicly on the talk show with hijab entrepreneur Neelofa Noor, saying that she went through five rounds of IVF treatments before conceiving Siti Aafiyah.
Fellow celebrities like singer Ning Baizura, TV host Sarimah Ibrahim, and actress Mira Filzah congratulated Siti in the comments yesterday.
“Love 💋😀 Congratulations, CT,” Ning said.
“Alhamdulillah (Praise to God) 😍😍,” Sarimah wrote.
“Alhamdulillah. I hope Siti and Aafiyah’s sibling are in good health,” Mira chimed in.
