If you’ve bought tickets to the now cancelled Future Music Festival Asia (FMFA) 2015, you can claim a refund.
The process, however, may take between 30 to 45 days, Today Online reports. The refund process will begin in batches from today.
Tickets that were bought using credit or debit cards would receive refunds directly into their accounts within seven to 14 days.
Livescape Singapore said that those who paid cash or eNETS may collect their refunds at the SISTIC headquarters, at the Singapore Post Centre. Details however, would be announced on a later date, the report said.
