Malaysian girl group Dolla appeared on the Times Square billboard in New York today.
The faces of members Sabrina ‘Sabronzo’ Rusli, Angeline Chai, Norsyasya Shahrizal, and Tabitha Lam were on the giant screen overlooking the city of New York as part of the Equal campaign by the Spotify streaming platform highlighting female artists around the world.
Watch Me Glow by Dolla is among the 70 songs featured on Spotify’s Equal playlist that also includes artists from all over the world like K-pop’s Sunmi for You Can’t Sit With Us, and Camila Cabello for Don’t Go Yet.
Dolla is also the leading artist on the localized version of the Equal playlist for Malaysia and Singapore.
The group is the third Malaysian act to grace the Times Square billboard as part of the same campaign after rising star Layla Sania, and Crush singer Yuna.
