COCONUTS HOT SPOT — Pretz & Beanz Cafe is well-known for their pretzels which are soft and fluffy, unlike the usual dense texture of most other pretzels.
These pretzels come in various forms – plain, original with cinnamon sugar, chocolate peanut crunch and even chocolate cookie crunch.

If you prefer savouries, then check out the basil and cheese or parmesan cheese-coated pretzels.
I like eating these pretzels on their own, but if you wish to dip them in sauces, these are the ones to choose from: chocolate, caramel, sour cream & onion and cream cheese.
When Pretz & Beanz introduced their signature pretzel pizza, it became an instant hit. A first in Malaysia, this pizza has since garnered many fans and now, they have made numerous toppings available for it.
Using the same pretzel dough, their pizzas are soft and fluffy with a nice crisp all around. Their Pepperoni Beef Pretzel Pizza is a crowd-pleaser.
Pretz & Beanz Cafe’s all-day dining menu includes continental breakfasts and pastas that would fill up your tummies nicely. For the breakfast sets, diners can opt for various choices of eggs – their baked eggs, eaten with plain pretzels are scrumptious. Try also, their Royale Salmon Eggs Benedict!

I had reservations when I saw “sambal seafood spaghetti” on the menu, but decided to try it anyway. And, I was pleasantly surprised; the tasty spicy seafood sambal actually paired very well with pasta!
Sambal Seafood Spaghetti is essentially fried spaghetti with spicy sambal, shrimps, squids, mussels, kalian and yellow onions.
Pretz & Beanz innovated further by creating Filled Pretzels, which have now become another speciality of the cafe.
It’s essentially pretzels twisted into a shape that can accommodate fillings. For the sweet-toothed, the apple cinnamon and sweet potatoes would be perfect. I preferred the savouries and totally enjoyed the Cheesy Chilli Chicken and Island Delight – the latter with lots of chunky seafood.
Pretz & Beanz also serves some pretty mean stews. Yes, they’re very comforting, delicious stews that you can stick pretzels in.
At the moment, they serve Beef Goulash, Green Chicken Curry and Cheesy Chicken listed in the “Stews” category. The green curry really rocks with a mean chilli heat.

Prets & Beanz serves one of the best chocolate lava cakes around. Imagine my delight when the Volcano Chocolate Cake erupted with thick gooey hot lava oozing out the moment I cut it!
The cake is only baked upon order and will take about 20 minutes preparation time, so be sure to have enough time for this.
