There’s good news for people who love both global K-pop sensation BTS and ice cream.
U.S.-based Haagen-Dazs has partnered with entertainment agency BigHit to bring BTS collectibles including key chains, cooler bags and little ice cream cakes to Malaysia.
Fans of RM, V, Jungkook, J-hope, Jimin, Jin and Suga can get the BTS-themed swag, stamped with cartoon versions of the boys called TinyTans, with every purchase of select flavors including chocolate, caramel, fruit and matcha now available at outlets nationwide.
Ice cream cake lovers can try Ice Cream Bites (RM198, or US$50 for a set of seven). Each BTS member represents a different flavor: Suga is coffee, Jimin vanilla. The Ice Cream Bites are coated with purple chocolate and topped with an edible print of a BTS character.
Those BTS fans eager to spruce up their freezer with a Bangtan-themed cooler bag will receive one when they purchase a Party Pack of 10 mini cups of festive ice cream flavors such as belgian chocolate, vanilla, macadamia nut, strawberry, and dark chocolate ganache with almond. The Party Pack retails for RM89 (US$21). Fans can also get a BTS keychain with every purchase of a “Minicup Multipack” for RM34.50 (US$8), which comes with four mini ice cream cups.
