Hong Kong Wetland Park
A 23-year-old first-time mom, surnamed Leung, ran out of her Tin Shui Wai flat carrying her five-month-old baby after an argument with her 45-year-old mother, whom she shares the flat with. She told her mother she was going to kill herself and disappeared.
The mother, unable to reach her daughter on the phone, called the police. The mother finally found her daughter and grandson past midnight at a light rail station, and after handing off her grandson, Leung disappeared again.
She was finally found on a bridge near the Wetland Park, where she attempted to cut her wrists. The police arrive and tried to send her to the hospital but she was emotional, and smoked a cigarette before allowing police to escort her to the hospital.
