Woman climbs out of window to avoid arrest during anti-prostitution raid, gets rescued by firefighters

A woman climbed out of a window during an anti-prostitution raid in North Point last night, forcing firefighters to bring her back down via a firetruck ladder before she was turned over to the police.

Somehow we don’t think she would have been too ecstatic about being “rescued”.

Oriental Daily reports that police were raiding an apartment at 94-96 Chun Yeung Street in an anti-vice operation at around 10pm yesterday when one of the three women in the flat attempted to escape arrest by climbing out of a window.

Firefighters were called to the scene and eventually used a telescopic ladder to bring the woman back down to ground level, where she, along with the other two women, was arrested.
