A robber put in a lot of effort just to steal HK$4,100 from a bathroom cleaner in Wan Chai.
The robber felt the need to bound, gag and strip the 48-year-old toilet cleaner causing the woman to suffer injuries to her thigh and wrists.
According the The Standard, the cleaner was attacked in the bathroom cubicle with a cutter to her neck. She had her belongings, like jewellery, mobile phone, and cash taken away from her before the robber proceeded to molest her.
Even more crazy was he removed her clothes, snapped a picture of her in the nude and threatened to post it online if she resisted him. Thankfully, the cleaner was smart to play dead, and the attacker, unable to revive her as she pretended to faint, fled out of fear.
Police are trying to catch the robber who is believed to be local, thin, about 25 to 30 years old, short hair, and has a birthmark on his left temple.
