A 31-year-old clerk claims that he took upskirt videos of girls because of pressures at work and emotional distress.
The Kwun Tong courts heard the 31-year-old use a smartwatch with a camera function secretly taking upskirt photos of female students at a shopping mall in Kwun Tong.
A man surnamed Leung saw what the 31-year-old was doing and reported the matter to the police. When the police caught him they found 16 short clips of upskirt footage of females.
The magistracy sentenced the 31-year-old to four months in jail, suspended sentence of two years and a fine of HK$16,000, reports the RTHK.
