Two women were molested by a man, who clutched their necks and threatened them with a cutter. The police believe both crimes were committed by the same person.
A 17-year-old girl was molested at 7:45am yesterday morning while walking around a housing estate, and later, at 4pm, another 14-year-old girl was molested the same way on her way home from school. The man was reported to be about six feet tall with a round face, and is aged between 18 to 30.
