It’s no secret that Hong Kong is seriously dog-crazy, and it seems the city’s latest video offerings well and truly reflect that. In a bid to show you that not all Hong Kong dog stories are sad (we’re looking at you, washing machine guy) we bring you “Cookie at the Pool” and “Bark Park Fun Day GoPro Fetch”, two awww-inducing videos we recently discovered on Vimeo.
See Bono the corgi (equipped with his own personal camera) zip around the Central Harbourfront like a bullet on Red Bull during last month’s Hong Kong Dog Rescue Bark Park Fun Day. This “short legged”, “big eared genious” (since the video’s so adorable, we’ll let that spelling boo-boo slide) is clearly just one hyperactive bundle of fun.
Cookie’s day at the Sai Kung Pet World swimming pool is no less endearing; the shots of this pooch paddling in a doggy life vest and jumping off a paddle board are simply unbeatable.
Big face lick to all you ‘serious’ guys in suits out there watching these surreptitiously in the office. Don’t pretend you don’t love ‘em!
