Despite still being listed among Hong Kong’s best attractions, the so-called “Symphony of Lights” in Victoria Harbour is a total letdown to anyone with eyes and a brain. You can’t even tell if it’s started.
It’s really about time someone had a better crack at it, we’re thinking.
