Two fathers arrested for alleged child abuse

In two separate incidents, two fathers were arrested for alleged child abuse.

In one incident, a 42-year-old father, surnamed Cheng, hit his 12-year-old daughter in Tai Po, giving her a nose bleed. Cheng’s 14-year-old son called the police on him.

In another incident, a 39-year-old, surnamed Kwok, threatened and slapped his 17-year-old teenage stepdaughter in Tin Shui Wai.
