A 65-year-old retired teacher who became a private tutor was found guilty of two counts of indecent assault yesterday.
According to Apple Daily, he would teach his 16-year-old high school student the English words for “breast” and “chest”, and would take the opportunity to touch her buttocks.
Wrong AND confusing!
The tutor told the court that the student’s apparently oblivious mother was present “90 percent of the time” and that she even referred two new students to him.
He added that her father was there “70 percent of the time”, and that neither parent ever had any complaints about his behaviour.
The man, who used to be a teacher at the all-boys Wah Yan College, was first charged in this case back in 2012.
