Tsui Wah sues Kam Tsui Wah restaurant for using a similar name

The famous go-to place for late-night local food – Tsui Wah cha chaan teng – filed a lawsuit seeking an injunction to stop Kam Tsui Wah (Golden Emerald) from using a similar Chinese name as well as seeking compensation.

Tsui Wah Restaurant chain operated by Tsui Wah Holdings has over 30 outlets in Hong Kong, Macau and the mainland. Kam Tsui Wah opened just last month in Mong Kok and is a lone store in Hong Kong but The Standard suggests there may be an outlet in Shenzhen.
