Just this afternoon, a dump truck’s wheel broke free, skidding off a flyover in Tai Kok Tsui and onto pedestrians below.
Seven are injured, one seriously hurt and in a coma. The injured include four men and three women.
A passerby said it saw something fly off the flyover, bounce off a residential block before falling onto people on the ground.
Police are investigating the incident.
