Transgender woman stages naked protest against ‘poor customer service’ at Hewlett-Packard

When we saw that a transgender woman had been protesting naked in Hong Kong, we naturally assumed she was making a stand about the important issue of transgender inequality.

But what’s arguably as take-your-clothes-off infuriating as inequality? That’s right – computer problems.

According to Apple Daily, the 30-year-old transgender woman known as Angel stripped naked outside Hong Kong’s Billion Plaza in Cheung Sha Wan at around 10:30am yesterday after losing her rag with Hewlett-Packard, who have customer service offices in the building.

She apparently received a shoddy response when an HP laptop she purchased broke down after just two days. The technicians reportedly told her they could only help if the problem persisted.

Angel was arrested for indecent exposure. She has been bailed and told to report to a police station by Sept. 16.
