Due to the continued anti-Chinese riots in Vietnam and unstable situation in Thailand, after the Thai military announced a coup, after months of political turmoil, the Hong Kong Travel Industry Council has extended the travel ban, cancelling all tours to both countries from May 31 to Jun. 9.
The Travel Industry will meet again on Tuesday to discuss whether the travel ban should be extended, reports the RTHK.
