Local swimming superstar and three-time Olympian Shery Tsai was teaching swimming classes to kids at the Hin Tin Swimming Pool in Sha Tin when a 38-year-old man swam among her students and touched the girls inappropriately. The brave girls screamed and Tsai immediately called the police.
The police arrived and arrested the accused molester, who explained that he was shortsighted and thus mistakenly touched the girls, reports Apple Daily.

An 11-year-old girl who was also in swimming lessons at the time said that she would definitely scream loudly to alert lifeguards so that they could catch the perpetrator, while her also 11-year-old friend said that the most important thing was to tell adults, and not to keep the information to oneself. Wise kids!
Tsai, 30 years old, is an accomplished swimmer who represented Hong Kong in the 2000, 2004 and 2008 Olympics. She won Hong Kong’s Best Swimmer Award four years in a row and one point she held 14 Hong Kong records. She is now retired and has her own swimming school.
