Survey finds love not money the key to a happy family

The Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service conducted a survey and found that money didn’t contribute to forming a happy family.

The average happiness score across all families from different income groups across districts in Hong Kong was 82 out of 100.

According to The Standard, 60% of the family income of respondents surveyed were below HK$30,000 with only three percent with a monthly income of HK$50,000 to HK$60,000.

They survey found that income levels did not affect happiness levels but rather how the parents handled relationships and family issues. How parents handled matters were not correlated with income and or education levels.
