A 22-year-old man arriving from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was arrested at the Hong Kong Airport yesterday after customs officers found a whopping 1.8 kilos of suspected heroin in his belongings. The authorities, whose suspicions were aroused when they found abnormally heavy books in the suspect’s belongings, stated that they “believe that the books were made to avoid Customs’ detection”. Really? You think so? What a dazzling display of detective work!
The man, who claimed to be a “seaman” (chuckle, chuckle), will be charged with one count of trafficking in a dangerous drug and will appear in court today. It is also rumoured that Walt Disney rolled in his grave (inside a cryogenic laboratory, of course).
