As we reported yesterday, the Hong Kong Consumer Council found about six heaters to be potentially hazardous to users.
The two heaters that were so severely in breach of safety requirements that had to be taken off the market immediately are:
Fortress model FCHI2012 (HK$399) and Sanwa model CRFH-2002 (HK$99).
The Council said the six heaters with issues had parts that may overheat and pose a potential fire hazard.
