Start Salivating: The Korean-fried chicken burger has landed in Hong Kong!

You may have noticed that Hong Kong foodies are absolutely OBSESSED with two things right now – burgers and Korean-fried chicken.

But who’s the evil culinary genius plotting to takeover the world by putting the two together?

Chef Yong-Soo Do from Korean restaurant U-Hang, that’s who!

Now we have your attention, make a date to unhinge your jaw and wrap your lips around Yong-Soo’s specially-created K-Pop Burger, which will be available for TWO WEEKS ONLY in the latest round of the Butcher’s Club Burger Takeover.

The spicy sandwich of Korean-Fried Chicken, Coleslaw and  Smoked Cheddar Cheese (oh boy!) will be served at both Central (G/F Sunwise Building,112-114 Wellington Street) and Wan Chai (G/F, Rialto Building, 2 Landale Street) branches from Tuesday May 12.

And once you’ve finished doing that, go gobble Yong-Soo’s other awesome Korean delights at his Coconuts recommended joint in Sai Ying Pun.

We do spoil you!
