Spell out ‘Selfie Heaven’ as #MySparkHK lights up for Hong Kong’s Make-A-Wish Foundation

Errr, it’s Coconuts with an ‘s’, guys…

In the list of people who love taking selfies, Hongkongers come second only to Kim Kardashian. Luckily, DBS has created a selfie paradise at Hysan Place in Causeway Bay for everyone in love with their face and certain filters – which, let’s be honest, is pretty much all of us.

In support of Make-A-Wish Hong Kong, DBS has opened a vivid spectacle of colours, images and patterns displayed on a giant alphabet created by London-based artist and illustrator Sean Freeman.

For once your narcissism will actually help others, as every photo uploaded to Facebook or Instagram with the #MySparkHK hashtag will see DBS donate HKD10 to Make-A-Wish Hong Kong, a charity making dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses.

So spell out something meaningful like “heart”, “YOLO” or “hot” and get snapping!

What: #MySparkHK
When: 10am – 10pm Sept 18 – 27
Where: 1/F Atrium, Hysan Place, 500 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay
Price: FREE
