Hong Kong’s air pollution is getting worse, or rather unbearable! If you’re planning on heading down to Causeway Bay, you might need a face mask.
Since the launch of the new Air Quality Health Index (AQHI) in Hong Kong, the Causeway Bay Roadside Station has recorded a reading of 10+ levels for two consecutive days, indicating that air pollution in the area has reached a “severe” level.
The Hong Kong Observatory forecasts east winds and showers in the next couple of days so hopefully the winds will be able to blow away pollutants and temporarily improve air quality.
