In true Hong Kong style, the funny memes about the city’s democracy debate are coming in thick and fast. We couldn’t help but raise a smile for this little beauty, submitted to Reddit this morning.
While the image asks, “What if you were told that you could only choose one of these rotten apples?”, it was the reply by ‘grundal’ that we particularly appreciated.
“I would say, ‘dude, who put rotting apples in my coffee beans?’”
Whatever we may gain or lose, Hong Kong will surely always keep its sense of humour!
