At 6:45am this morning, a 27-year-old maid screamed for help when she found a robber in the living room. The robber leapt out the window to escape.
Police arrived at the scene and found the robber had also robbed another apartment and things were taken from a bedroom drawer, but it’s unsure what is missing as the resident is out of town.
Another resident, surnamed Fan, said she heard noises and found fingerprints on her window, so suspects the robber tried to climb into her apartment but failed.
Carrie Garden located on 345 Tai Hang Road, Happy Valley is known to house singer Aaron Kwok, who occupies the penthouse apartment.
