A bowl of rice with roasted eel will set you back HK$108 and is most likely one of the most expensive meal at a fast food meal in town.
The fast food chain can.teen under Maxim Group has launched a lunch unadon set, which is priced at HK$108 for a bowl of rice with four pieces of roasted eel, some snow peas, and a bowl of miso soup.
The set doesn’t include a drink and is far more expensive than its competitors Café de Coral, Fairwood, and even Tsui Wah.
Apple Daily invited a three-star Michelin restaurant’s boss, Benson, to taste the HK$108 unadon set and Benson, based on its taste and quality, says it’s worth only HK$60ish.
Other food critics have suggested that you are far better off paying a little bit more to eat at a Japanese restaurant.
