The disappearance of Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 created chaos not only in the communication of the incident, but also at the press conference. Many local and foreign reporters found their things missing, one of whom was a Hong Kong reporter.
A Now TV reporter had his backpack, MYR$15,000 in cash, clothes, and identity documents stolen, from his backpack which he left at the hotel lobby, while he was preparing to film news at The Everly hotel.
