Police are on the hunt for a suspect who splashed red paint outside the Hospital Authority building Sunday morning.

A security guard alerted police around 8am that the entrance of the department’s headquarters, located in Kowloon City, had been the target of a paint attack, according to i-Cable.

Officers arrived on the scene and reviewed CCTV footage, identifying a black-clad man wearing green shorts and sandals as a suspect. They also found an empty paint can at a nearby rubbish bin on Argyle Street.
