Python bites snake catcher

There has been a second snake attack in Hong Kong. Two days after a five-metre Burmese python attacked a dog in Wan Tsui country park, a snake catcher was bitten on the ankle by a two-metre long python.

The python was spotted on the bank of the Quarry Bay park. A snake catcher, with the help of firemen, was called to the scene and the brave man only took five minutes to capture the snake. In all the excitement, the python managed to bite the snake catcher’s ankle, but the injury was not serious.

The snake was handed over to the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, reports Apple Daily.
