It is really sad to know that even four years after Liu Xiaobo was awarded a Nobel Peace Prize, the Chinese activist is still held captive by the Chinese government.

A group of human rights advocates protested at Beijing’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong Wednesday, demanding the release of the Nobel Peace Prize winner and his wife Liu Xia. Many of them were also concerned about Liu Xia’s health.

Liu Xiaobo was jailed on Christmas Day in 2009 for subversion and his wife, Liu Xia, has been under home arrest since then too.
