No seat on the bus? No problem! Just bring your own!
Po Yan, a reader of local magazine 100most, sent in a photo of what appears to be a well-dressed woman sitting on a desk swivel chair as she chatted with her friend sitting across from her – in an actual seat… next to an empty seat… on a bus.
Unlike most photos taken without permission by random Hongkongers, these women seemed to be aware of and actually quite amused about the fact that a stranger was taking their picture.
“Now everyone can consider learning from this lady and bring your own seat,” said the 100most post.
“That way you’ll have your own seat and you won’t have to use up one of the bus’ seat, and you can give it to someone in need! Two birds with one stone!”
Facebook commenter Anthony Ho uploaded a photo showing another woman displaying similar feats of Hong Kong efficiency:
