The Education Bureau’s figures reflect how disappointed a lot of parents will be this weekend, with only 66.4 percent of children being allocated to schools in their first three choices.
According to this year’s numbers, only 19,343 our of 29,124 children who joined the central allocation system were allocated to their first three choices. 66.4 percent will be happy with the placement compared to last year’s 68 percent, reports The Standard.
