At around 2pm this afternoon, MTR announced a power outage for a train headed towards Yau Ma Tei Station from Prince Edward station.
Passengers were notified of the outage, and firefighters rushed to the platform to check out the situation.
According to the Oriental Daily, after about three minutes, the problem was resolved and power resumed.
