Local magazine 100most yesterday posted a reader-submitted photo which they describe as showing a terrible crime scene cordoned off by the police: a disembodied head, a discarded torso, innards strewn on the concrete in Fo Tan.
What happened to you, poor rubbish bin?
We’re guessing a bad driver drove onto the bin with enough force to send it flying, but who knows. Maybe it was aliens.
